OMAHA--Margaret Olwine, 62 of Omaha, died Tuesday at an Omaha hospital.

Private family services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Grand Island. The Rev. Robert Wade will officiate. Burial will be in Grand Island Cem.

There will be no visitation, Apfel-Butler-Geddes Funeral Home of Grand Island is in charge of arrangements. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.

Mrs. Olwine was born Dec. 9, 1921, at Grand Island, the daughter of Lawrence and Roma Williams Donald. She grew up in Grand Island and attended Brownell-Hall School in Omaha. She also attended Ogantz College in Omaha.

She married Richard Olwine in New York. They lived in New York. Mr. Olwine died in 1954. She later moved to Omaha.

Survivors include her mother, Roma Donald, and two daughters, Mrs. Jon (Margaret) Hoffmaster and Susan Olwine, all of Omaha; a son Richard of Salt Lake City, Utah; two granddaughters, Margaret and Elizabeth Hoffmaster; two grandsons, John and James Olwine and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, John.
