Funeral services for Joseph Edward Barrow, 81, of 660 Woodrow, who died in his home Tuesday afternoon, will be held at the Roberts chapel at 6 p.m. Wednesday. The Rev. J.H. Breland, pastor of the North End Baptist church will officiate. Interment will be in Magnolia cemetery. Mrs. Lena Milam will provide music for the funeral services. Mr. Barrow was a retired Magnolia refinery employee and a resident of this city for more than half a century. Surviving are six sons, Fred, Searcy, Lynn and Leo of Beaumont, Chester of Westlake, La., and Preston of the army; three daughters, Miss Annie Mae Barrow, Mrs. G.F. Ballard and Mrs. G.A. Keith, all of Beaumont; two brothers, R.M. Barrow of Beaumont and Elbert Barrow of Highlands, Texas; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
