Obituary of MRS. HANNAH KIMBRELL 1842-1922 "Hannah Davis, was born in Cass County, Illinois, July 26, 1842 and departed this life at her home on West Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, Mo., on Tuesday, August 15, 1922, at the age of 80 years and 20 days. She was the first daughter and third child of Elijah and Elizabeth Davis, and on May 12, 1864, she was married to Nelson L. Kimbrell in Meredosia, Morgan County, Illinois. To this union seven children were born, as follows: William L. Kimbrell, Pleasant Hill, Mo; Benjamin E. Kimbrell, Freewater, Oregon; Mrs. Charles E. (Joah) Colville, Coleman, Mo. and Mrs. Gertrude Denny and Miss Dora Kimbrell, both of Harrisonville, Mo. Hattie E. and John Kimbrell preceded their mother in death, as did her husband, Nelson L. Kimbrell, who died on July 23, 1920.
