William McCree died at 11:45 Thursday night at the family residence, 639 South Main street. He was twenty-seven years old. His death was caused by dropsical trouble. He came here from Vicksburg, Ms. a little over a year ago and was employed at the Decatur Malleable Iron Works. He was a member of the Church of God in Christ. He leaves a wife and a half-brother.
