Lady Furnival, daughter and heiress to Sir Thomas Neville, 5th Lord Furnivall and his first wife, Joan Furnival. Her step mother was Ankaret le Strange, 7th Baroness Strange of Blackmere, who was previously married to Richard Talbot, 4th Lord Talbot.

Granddaughter of Sir John de Neville, Lord of Raby and Maud de Percy, Sir William de Furnival of Sheffield and his wife Thomasine.

First wife of her step-brother, Sir John Talbot, the 1st Earl of Shrewsbury and 7th Lord Talbot, son of Richard Talbot, 4th Lord Talbot and her mother, Ankaret le Strange, 7th Baroness Strange of Blackmere. They were married before 08 March 1407, the date of suit, and had three sons and one daughter:
* Thomas Talbot 1416-1416
* Sir John Talbot, 2nd Earl of Shrewsbury
* Sir Christopher Talbot 1419-1443
* Joan, wife of James Berkeley, Lord Berkeley and Edmund Hungerford

As a result of his marriage, Sir John was summoned to Parliament in 1409 as Johanni Talbot de Furnyvall.
