She was survived by her husband and two children.
Neta was the nicest, sweetest person you could ever meet. She always had a smile on her face and loved her children so much.
We first met in the 6th grade when my dad was serving in Viet-Nam. She and I became fast friends. When dad came back and we were transferred to Illinois we stayed in touch by writing letters. When we returned three years later our friendship continued until her death.
I still miss her smile and kind, sweet personality. She was one in a million.
