Josephine Beddingfield

Josephine Beddingfield, 95, of Leakesville, formerly of Laurel, died Monday, April 2, 2012 at George County Hospital in Lucedale.
Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at Memory Chapel in Laurel with Rev. Billy Dowdy officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens in Jones County.
Mrs. Beddingfield was a retired licensed practical nurse and a member of First Baptist Church of Leakesville. While living in Laurel, she was a member of West Laurel Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her daughters, Dot Akin and Dianna Rogers; parents, Joseph and Mary Lee "Pet" Mozingo.
She is survived by two sons, Shelby Jones and wife Patricia and Sonny Beddingfield and wife Vickie, all of Leakesville; eight grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 10:30 am until service time on Wednesday at Memory Chapel of Laurel which is in charge of the arrangements.
