Lois H. Hamilton, 67, of Chattanooga, TN went to heaven on Saturday, March 31, 2012, surrounded by her loving family.
Lois was born September 15, 1944.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lewis F. Horne.
She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, George Hamilton, she was the loving mother of Harold Hamilton, Cindy Robinson and son-in-law, Gill Robinson, all of Chattanoog, TN; Lois left three grandchildren, Samantha Webb, Heather Hamilton and Hunter Hamilton; mother, Margaret Horne, Atlanta, GA; two sisters, Mazie (Bill) Maynard, Atlanta, GA; Linda Melvin, Panama City, FL.
Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Father Charlie Burton officiating.
Inurnment will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Kidney Foundation and the area four Special Olympics.
The family will receive friends from noon until 3 p.m. Thursday at Hamilton Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 4506 Hixson Pike, Hixson, TN.
