John Boland, 44, of Louisville passed away unexpectedly on April 2, 2012.

He was a loving husband and devoted father to his sons. John was a wonderful person, talented musician, avid fisherman and never met a stranger. He was an accomplished cook as well. John had formerly been in video production for Insight Communications. His Mother, Ann Fitzgerald Boland preceded him in death.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Betsy Collin Boland; triplet sons, Spencer, Luke and William; father, Michael Boland; sister, Maura Belk (James); brother, Michael L. Boland; brother in law and sister in law, Tim and Andrea McCarthy; mother in law, Nancy Collin; nieces, Hannah and Carol and nephew, Collin.

A service to celebrate the life of John will be conducted at 12NOON on Saturday, April 7, 2012 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village with Dr. Robert Montgomery presiding. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Friday and one hour prior to service on Saturday.
