With great sadness the family of Mrs. Laurette (Wade) Price, age 89, announces her passing on Friday, April 1, 1983 in Bogalusa, La.
'Momie', as she was affectionately known to her family, was born on Saturday, August 19, 1893 in Henry, Al. to William Henry and Martha (Steel) Wade. She married Mr. Harry Austin Price in 1911. Together they had four children.
Her death follows that of her sweetheart; Harry Price, Sr, a grandson; Frank "Wade" Price, Jr, loving parents; William and Mattie Wade, sister; Suzie" Wade.
She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her beloved children, her sons; Harry A. Price, Jr and his wife Doris of Pascagoula, MS., Charles O. Price and his wife Earline, Frank W. Price, Sr and his wife Blanche, all of Bogalusa, La. and daughter, Barbara Price and her partner "Hoppy" Hopkins of Metairie, La., her adoring grandchildren, grandsons; Gerald A. Price and his wife Eula Lee of Pascagoula. Ms, Donald E. Price and his wife Joyce of Port Huron, Mi., granddaughters; Carol Webb and husband Ronnie of Covington, La., Claudette Mullings and husband Bob of Reidsville, N.C. and Liska Alford and husband Glenn (#89286761) of Carriere, MS., great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, numerous other relatives and friends.
Funeral service were held April 4, 1983 with interment at Ponemah Cemetery in Bogalusa, La.
