Dolores Rangel

Dolores Alonzo Rangel, 62, was born in Dallas, TX on March 30, 1950 to Ramon & Aurora Alonzo. She passed from this life on April 19, 2012 in Dallas. Dolores was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Ernest Rangel; and her brothers Raymond, Pete, Martin, Jesse & Juan Alonzo. She is survived by her son Ernesto Rangel; daughter Maricela Rangel; granddaughter Tara Renteria; and sisters Eva A.R. Plasencio, Aurora Wible, & Betty Herrera.

Dolores was the youngest family member to work in the family's bakery, The Colonial Bakery. Her education included St. Ann's & Crozier Tech. Previous employers included Obadiah Knight Elem. & Grauwyler Recreation Center.

Visitation for Dolores will be held from 12pm to 8pm on Monday and from 9am to 8pm on Tuesday. The rosary will be recited at 6pm on Tuesday. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church at 10:30am on Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Interment will follow at DFW National Cemetery.
