EDWARD C. KIVETT
funeral for Edward Caswell Kivett, 88, 2816 Randleman Rd., who died at 1:45 p.m. yesterday at Moses Cone Hospital after declining health of one year and six weeks of serious illness, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Hanes-Lineberry Chapel.
Rev. James Northington, pastor of Rehobeth Methodist Church, will officiate, and burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
He was a native of Randolph County but had lived in Guilford County since 1912. he was a retired farmer and a member of Rehobeth Methodist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Edward L. Kivett and Ridgen D. Kivett, both of Greensboro; one sister, Mrs. Dora Hales of Greensboro; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The family will be at the home of Ridgen D. Kivett, 403 Kirkman St. The body will remain at Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home until the service.
