Paul met wife Lillian at an Arthur Murray dance studio at Fair Oaks and Colorado Blvd in Pasadena CA. He married her in Pasadena CA on August 6th 1938, they lived in Glendale CA.
He was in the Signal Corps during WW2 and helped construct the camps out in the desert above Indio CA that Gen George Patton trained his troops to invade North Africa in November of 1942.
The family moved to El Segundo in 1947 where he worked at the Standard Oil refinery. He built a house on Lomita Ave near the water tower which still stands today. When he retired they moved to an apartment on 1st Street near Redondo Avenue in Belmont Heights in Long Beach CA. He was an avid fisherman, a loving father, and a great husband to his wife Lillian.
Paul stayed married to Lill till his untimely death from pneumonia at San Pedro CA Hospital in Nov of 1976.
