OBITUARY
WILLIAM BURTON, 81, DIES AT SON'S HOME
William Burton, 81, died last night at the home of his son, Perry Burton of Schoharie. Mr. Burton, a resident of Schoharie most of his life, had been ill for the past 15 years. He was husband of the late Amanda Cullings Burton.
Mr. Burton was a member of the Schoharie Valley Lodge No. 491, F. and A.M., and the Community Church there.
In addition to his son, he is survived by another son, William Burton of Altamont, and a daughter, Mrs. Jane Burton Snyder of Schoharie.
Private funeral services will be held at o'clock Sunday afternoon at the Warner funeral home, Schoharie. The funeral home will be open to friends from 7 to 9 o'clock tomorrow evening.
