ROANE - Of 8635 Colapissa street, on Monday, Oct. 12, 1936, at 11:40 o'clock p.m., John Roane, beloved husband of Noami Wille, son of the late Caroline Baltz and the late Martin Roane, brother of Mrs. William Sundmaker, Mrs. Paul Heidmann, Miss Maggie Roane, Eugene and Frank Roane, Freddie Stubbs and the late Edward and James Roane, aged 48 years, a native and a lifelong resident of New Orleans, La. Relatives and friends, members of St. John Evangelical church, employes of Sewerage and Water Board and Veterans of World War are invited to attend the funeral, which will take place from the home of Tharp-Sontheimer-Tharp, Inc., 4127 S. Claiborne avenue, near Milan street, Wednesday afternoon, October 14, 1936, at 4 o'clock, followed by services at St. John Evangelical church, Belfast and Joliet streets. Interment in Carrollton cemetery.
