Mary Mariatte Knight died, wife of Daniel Knight, December 17, 1891. She was aged 76y 9m 2d.

Mrs. Knight was born at Somerset Co, Pennsylvania March 5, 1815 and married Daniel Knight Aapril 24, 1834. They moved to Athens, Ohio in 1852 to 1886, then to Oregon.

Mrs. Knight is the mother of eleven children, nine survive.

Funeral services were held at the Baptist Church, Rev. James Campbell of Hillsboro officiating.
