Advance-Mrs. J. T. Holder, 59 years old, of Wappapello Route 2, died Saturday, Jan. 14, 1984, in St. Francis Medical Center at Cape Girardeau. The former Myra Geraldine Bird was born Aug. 7, 1924, at Springfield, Ark., a daughter of Ernest T. and Myra Miller Bird. She married Mr. Holder Dec. 30, 1955. He survives. She was a member of Advance First Baptist Church and Advance Chapter 412, Order of Eastern Star. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Roland Drum, Cape Girardeau; sisters, Mrs. Aladine Bowling and Mrs. Marie Eby, both of Sikeston and Mrs. LaVelle Harnes, Advance; and two grandsons, Justin and Jason Drum, both of Cape Girardeau. In addition to her parents, three brothers and two sisters preceded her in death. Friends may call after 4:30 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance.Service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Robert Wright, pastor of the Advance Free Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park Cemetery.
