Selina and Andrew Clark married in 1799, he became her step brother in 1800 when her widowed mother married his father Zachariah Clark. They had eight children altogether before his death in 1818 in Newtown, Fairfield County Connecticut. She remained a widow her entire life. Raising her own children and caring for orphaned grandchildren. She died in Middlebury Township.
