Services for W.C. Leberman, 91, of Olney were officiated by Joe Cullen, an elder of the First Christian Church and Carter Pirtle, youth minister of First Baptist Church.

He served in the US Navy during World War II and was stationed in Okinawa after the war.

He and Minnie Lee MItchell were married 10 January 1953 at Yuma, Arizona. He retired from the San Diego Unified Port District as the superintendent in 1971, and moved to Olney from San Diego, California.

He was past member of the Olney Rotary Club and had been a member of the Downtown Men's Bible Class since 1973. He was a member of the American Legion Post No. 414 in Olney.

Survived by his wife; two daughters - Janis VanPool of Possum Kingdom Lake and Anita Leonard of Studio City, CA; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
