HYNDMAN — Mrs. Daisy Arnold, 88, died yesterday at the Penn Wood Guest Home, Bedford, where she had resided the past eight years. Born in Hyndman, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Emma (Mullen) Shaffer and was the widow of Irvin Arnold. She was a member of Hyndman United Methodist Church, a charter member and first treasurer of the WSCS of the church. Surviving are a number of nieces and nephews. The body is at the Zeigler Funeral Home where friends will be received from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p. m. A service will be conducted there tomorrow at 2 p.m. with Rev. Willard M. White officiating. Burial will follow in the Hyndman Cemetery.
