HAVERHILL -- Thomasina "Timmie" Kelly, 91, died Tuesday, July 24, 2007, at Lahey Clinic Burlington.
She was born in Haverhill, Oct. 28, 1915, daughter of Joseph and Mary (Bellingieri) Magliani. She was educated in Haverhill schools.
Mrs. Kelly was a member of All Saints Parish, and the Victor Emmanuel Lodge, Order of Sons of Italy. She was a former member of the Emblem Club.
She was formerly employed in the local shoe industry, and retired from the Hale Hospital. For the past 30 years she worked as a lunch monitor in the Haverhill School System, primarily at the Tilton School.
She will be sadly missed, and was an inspiration to her family and friends.
She was the wife of the late James Kelly, and is survived by her niece, Kathy McCarron-Ciras and her husband Thomas of Haverhill; nephew, Charles McCarron of Haverhill; and nieces and nephews Jessica, Shawn, Christina and Kelly McCarron of Haverhill and Tammy, Eric and Emily Kerbawy of Haverhill. She was also the sister of the late Virginia Scamporino and Fred Magliani. She is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral services were Saturday at 9 a.m. from the Scatamacchia Funeral Home, 358 Washington St., Haverhill. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated in All Saints Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
