She married John Curtis Beatty Oct. 15, 1917, at Greensburg. He died March 26, 1960. She had been a Yucca Valley resident since 1975, formerly of Mullinville.
She was a member of Jehovah Witness, Yucca Valley.
Survivors: sons, Curtis Jr., Houston; Gerald, Odessa, Texas; Warren, Wink, Texas; Eugene, Plainville; daughters, Edith Black, Coldwater; Grace Copeland; Mullinville; Iris Cole, Wichita; Nettie Green, Anaheim, Calif.; Ruth Keith, Yuma, Ariz. ; Ann Hollister, Sawyer; Francis Geraldine Poyner, Enid,Okla.; sisters, Leota Nuse, Seattle; Iva Beeber, Toppenish, Wash.; Minnie Betterton, Kearney, Neb.; Lola Parker, Grove, Okla.; Vera Brawley, Winona, Mo.; 50 grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Church of Christ, Mullinville; Steve Vogl. Burial at Hillcrest Cemetery, Mullinville. Friends may call from 1 until 9 p m. Friday at Minnis Mortuary, Bucklin. Memorials to American Heart Association.
