Weaver W. Martin, 86, of 458 Staver Road, Reinholds, died Saturday, May 19, 2012 at the Essa Flory Hospice Center, Lancaster, after a lengthy illness.

Born in Adamstown, he was the son of the late Aaron H. and Alice G. (Weber) Martin. He was married 63 years on April 2 to Kathryn M. (Weaver) Martin.

His creativity and love for nature will continue to live on in his children and grandchildren, not only in the hand crafted gifts he made for them, but also in the many interests they share with him.

He was a member of Bowmansville Mennonite Church where he taught Sunday School and Bible School for many years, created bulletin covers and occasionally did chalk drawings for Sunday evening services. He also served as a trustee and a member of the cemetery committee
