John B Clark,84, Warsaw, died Sunday at 8:45 p.m. at the Castle Nursing home, Millersburg, of complications. He was a retired station agent of the Pennsylvania Railroad, having served in the capacity for 12 years.
He was born Feb.21,1870, in Knox county, a son of Amos and Caroline Hyde Clark. ON Nov 7,1895 he married Marilla May Kirkpatrick who died Feb.7,1952.
He was a member of the Warsaw Methodist Church, F & A.M. Lodge 255 and O.E.S. lodge 409.
Surviving are; four sons, Paul of Barberton, James, of Stratford Conn.,Robert of Warsaw and David of Coshocton; two daughters, Mrs. lester (Florence) Beck of Seattle Wash., and Mrs. Magnus (Maree) Ridlon of Bangor, Me.; 18 grandchildren and five great grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. James Schultz of Greer. A sister and a brother are deceased.
Funeral services Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Warsaw Methodist Church. Rev Don Syler of Beverly assisted by rev. H.S. Chandler, Ashland, will conduct the services and burial will be in Valley View Cemetery.
