Noma was born on August 31, 1918 to the late Elick and Ella (Wardrip) Baxter in Shannon, Texas. She and L.C. Morrison were married on May 17, 1937 in Graham, Texas. Noma was a homemaker, and a member of the Pentecostal Church of God. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband on September 7, 1988, and her grandson, Jim Morrison in 1992.
She is survived by her son, Clarence Lee Morrison of Bryson, Texas; three grandsons: Brandon Morrison and fiancee Georgena of Wichita Falls, Texas, Ronny Morrison and wife Dee Dee of Wichita Falls, Texas, and Mark Morrison and wife Kim of Spain; also six great-grandchildren.
