Henry White succeeded his father,Daniel White, on the home place. He was
appointed Magistrate in 1830; d. 1850;

m. Elizabeth Garland, daughter of Rice and Elizabeth (Hamner) Garland, and had one child:

i. Samuel G. White, who m. Sarah White, dau. of John and
Caroline (Moore) White, dau. of Stephen Moore.

Henry White was the son of Daniel White and Elizabeth McGehee.
Henry White's birth year has not been determined by record.Many court records show the years Henry White was active in the Albemarle Court System 1830-1850.Albemarle Court Record shows that Henry White died with 2 other court magistrates in 1850. The court pronounced a recess memorial in memory of the fallen 3 magistrate men who died in the accident according to Albemarle Va. court records.
Henry White served as the Magistrate Judge in Albemarle Court in Virginia. Henry White served as an Albemarle Attorney throughout his life and was shown each year presiding on many court records as administrator/executor.
Through Henry White's father's probate and his mother, Elizabeth's Will,it states that Henry lived on the estate of his father's, taking care of his mother until her death, in charge of crops, land, and taking care of his unmarried sister, Felicia White, who lived on the estate with him.
Henry White bought his siblings share of their inheritance and had accumulated numerous acres of land including the farms of Cherry Hill, and Malvern/Oakland now considered to be in Ivy, Albemarle, Virginia. His descendants inherited this land and also accumulated land and prosperity.
