After the death of Arthur's father, Marion Beshears, his mother married Henry Z. Vincent on June 16, 1923 in Montgomery Co., Arkansas. She had four sons she took into this marriage with Henry: John H., Wayman, Wilson, and Arthur. Henry Vincent was already the father of ten children from two previous marriages when he married Mary.
It appears from census records that Henry and Mary also had a child together, Clyde, born in 1925, who is shown on the 1930 census in Polk Township as the son of H. Z. and Mary Vincent.
Note: The monument for Arthur's father shows his name as W. J. Beshears. I believe that a mistake was made on the monument when it was made many years ago and that it should have read M. J. Beshears.
