Mr. James Burns, age 75, entered into eternal rest on February 5, 2009, at his residence. He was a Bulloch County native.
He is survived by one son, Bobby Burns of Tampa, Fla.; one brother, Lewis Robinson Jr. of Statesboro, Ga.; two stepdaughters, Glenis Smith and Nellie Williams, both of Statesboro, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2009, 11 a.m. at Tabernacle Baptist Church with the Rev. Craig Tremble, eulogist. Interment will be in Eastside Cemetery.
