Final rites for Mrs. Domer Robbins, 94, of Jayess, were held Monday, October 16, from the Sartinville United Methodist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Robbins died at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was born on February 14, 1884, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Tynes of Lawrence County.
She was a housewife and a member of Tilton United Methodist Church.
Rev. Bud Felder and Rev. Ralph conducted the funeral with Hartman-Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Eula Lee Rutland of Jayess and Mrs. Willie Dee Ghast of Jackson; one sister, Mrs. Eula Branton, Lafayette, Louisiana, and one grandchild, Mrs. Linda Kay Holland, Starkville.
Honorary pallbearers were Maxie Rutland; Earnest Wallace; Talmadge Brister; Toxie Smith; Rudolph Smith and Johnny Hammond.
Active pallbearers were James Tynes; Walter Lee Tynes; Glenn Tynes; Quin Tynes; Junior Robbins and Cliff Branton.
