Mrs. Lucy Lane Bryant, 82, of 310 Jackson St., died at her home Monday. She had been in failing health the past year.
A member of First Baptist Church, she had been employed at the International Shoe Co. and Tweedie Footwear Corp. until her retirement.
Mrs. Bryant was born May 27, 1893, in Osage County, daughter of Preston and Mary Phelps Branson. On April 20, 1920, she was married to Arthur S. (Dick) Bryant, who died Sept. 22, 1967.
Survivors include: one daughter, Mrs. Helen Stone, 310 Jackson St.; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday at Buescher Memorial Chapel. The Rev. G. Nelson Duke will officiate. Burial will be in Longview Cemetery.
