There was an old Anglican cemetery called Old St. Paul's. It was located in East London, where the fairgrounds are now. Back 100 years ago the cemetery was closed and all the bodies moved to Woodland, most of them into Section R. At Woodland there are no records for these re-interments. What they do have is the Old St. Paul's Anglican burial records. That is the case for this John McCoubrey. According to the St. Paul's records this John was buried on Dec. 12, 1864, age 45yrs and his wife Eliza Mitchell was buried Aug. 14, 1879, age 47. So this is the John that is listed on the OCFA site. His name appears twice on the OCFA site – once from the Old St. Paul's records and once from the tombstone inscription – same person.
