On November 15, 1892, Anna was married to John Aune. John was born in Norway May 2, 1851, and came to America in 1885, finding his way directly to Barron, where for ten years he was engaged in the lumbering industry. He then started a business in the city of Barron, which he continued until his death. He was a resident of Barron for a quarter of century. He enjoyed an excellent reputation, was a good citizen, a kindly family man, and left many friends to mourn his decease. His place of burial is unknown.
