Abiathor married Lydia Clark, Jan. 1820. (Plymouth Vital Records: Book Two, page 434.)

Children:

Abiathor born 1823 died 1908 m. Lucy Bartlett.

Nathaniel C. born 1828 m. Elizabeth Sampson. 2nd married Caroline Doten in 1860.

William H. born 1831 died 1899. Was a mariner.

Edward W. born 1833 m. Ruth C. Morton

Lydia S. born 1837 m. Thomas C. Smith.

The following information was sent to me by Findagrave member Walter: "I believe that there are two Nathaniel Hoxie's.
Whether there is another Abiathar Hoxie is
immaterial because the only one of interest is
the one buried under the given tombstone.
In both genealogies Abiathar marries Lydia Clark
of Plymouth. So, state that by conflicting sources
Abiathar Hoxie appears to be either the son of:
(1.) Nathaniel Hoxie of Middleborough and Chloe Shurtleff
