Christine "Katy" Halll, 91, of Cannon Falls, died Friday, April 26, 2002, at Cannon Falls Community Hospital. Christine R. Hall was born Aug. 23, 1910, to Carl and Julia (Markuson) Juvland, in Dakota County. She was baptized and confirmed at Highview Christiania Lutheran Church. She attended country school and Northfield High School. On April 23, 1935, she married Morris Hall in St. Paul. The couple farmed most of their life in the Northfield, Kenyon and Cannon Falls areas. They moved to rural Cannon Falls in 1950. She was a member of St. Ansgars Lutheran Church. Hall is survived by her children, Richard (and Norma) of Robbinsdale, and Mardell Sande, Ronald (and Kathy) Lundell, Gerald (and Jan) Lundell, and Diane (and Jim) Lundell, all of Cannon Falls; 16 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband (Jan. 24, 1981, five sisters, a brother and a great-granddaughter. Services were held April 30 at St. Ansgars Lutheran Church in Cannon Falls, the Rev. Gary Schulz officiating. Interment was at the Cannon Falls Cemetery. Pallbearers were Rick Hall, Chris Sande, Tom Lundell, Jason Lundell, David Hall, Brad Hall and Aaron Hall. Arrangements were made by Lundberg Funeral Home in Cannon Falls.
