Carol (Murray) Harmon, 69, of Liverpool, passed away Thursday at Francis House after a brief illness. She was born in Waterloo, New York. Carol enjoyed gardening, cooking and traveling. Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband of 49 years, Pete Harmon; sons, James Harmon of Garwood, NJ, Robert Harmon of Rome, NY; grandsons, Cody and Skyler of Cicero and Jordan of Rome; sister, Patricia Barclay; brothers, Richard and Gerald Murray, all of Geneva; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 16, 2012, at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 Rte. 31, Baldwinsville. A calling hour from noon to 1 p.m. will precede the funeral service. Burial will follow in Liverpool Village Cemetery. Contributions, in lieu of flowers, may be made in Carol's name to Francis House, 108 Michaels Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13208.
