MINNETTE DILL
Funeral services for Mrs. Minnette Dill, 92, native of Pownal, and former resident of 11 Robinson Ave., Bennington, who died Wednesday in Springfield after a long illness, will be held Friday at 10 am at the Hanson-Walbridge Funeral Home.
Daughter of Daniel and Fannie (Clark) Barber she was born Jan 18, 1884 and was married to Henry E. Dill, an insurance and real estate agent, in 1907. They made their home in Portland, Maine for some time, and returned to Bennington in 1931. Mr. Dill died in 1950. Mrs. Dill was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors are two sisters, Charlotte Lyons of Bennington, and Fannie Buskey of Bellows Falls, with whom she had recently resided, two brothers, William of Bennington and Sanford of Schenectady, N.Y.
Friends may pay respects at the funeral home for an hour before the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church.
