WILKINSON, ERNEST, SR.
1013 N. Hayford ave
Age 75, died Sunday at a local hospital. He was born March 25, 1887, in England as was a resident of Lansing for 52 years. Mr. Wilkinson was employed at Motor Wheel for 33 years retiring in 1952. Surviving are 2 sons, Stanley E. and Ernest, both of Lansing; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Margaret Wilkinson of Lansing; 4 sisters, Mrs. Alice Goodliss, Mrs. Polly Slayer, Mrs. Emily Bonsell and Mrs. Violet Bakewell, all of England; 3 brothers, Arthur of Vancouver, Canada, Archer and John, both of England, and 6 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. from the Gorsline-Runciman funeral home, Rev. George A. Bush of Redeemer United Lutheran church officiating. Interment in Chapel Hill cemetery. Pallbearers will be Charles Bliven, Harry Pearce, Robert Siefert, Francis Vincent, Herbert Vincent and James Vincent.
