Died – At her residence in this city on the 12th inst., Sarah, wife of Peter McKenna Sen., at the ripe age of sixty nine years. She was born in Inthrop County, Ireland in 1809, emigrated to this country in 1830, resided in Ohio, till 1848, when she removed to Dodge Co., in this State thence to the town of Chilton in 1862, where she has since resided. She leaves to mourn her loss a large family of children who have all, long since, left the parental home. She lived the life of a Christian, was a good neighbor, a kind and affectionate mother, and passed from this life, to that which is Eternal without a murmur, respected by all who knew her. For 16 years she was the victim of paralysis, which rendered her helpless and made life itself a burden, but she bore it patiently, believing it5 to be her lot, and that reward awaited her in the future. She was buried on the 14th, inst. With the rites of the Catholic Church of which she was a zealous member. Her remains were followed to the grave by a large concourse of her friends and neighbors, who knew her but to love her and cherished her memory in time to come
