Clarence Duncan who has been
ailing since January last, passed
away from this world of cares
and sorrow Sunday, Aug. 6th,
at 2:30 a. m. at the age of 12
years 8 months and 8 days. He
has been a patient little sufferer"
all along and retained consciousness
until the very last. Al
though very young he fully
realized that the end was near,
as he told his mother in the afternoon
of his death, ' lI am sorry to
leave you alone, but I am going
to see my Pa," which is well remembered
died last January.
A few years ago when lives
seemed their best the hands of a
brother and sister were folded
to rest. One sister, a brother
and mother are left for this dear
one to mourn. But let it help
them in the paths of their lives
to know that he will be waiting
on the golden shore to welcome
them home. The services were
conducted by Rev. Mott. of Mayville,
at Watertown Tuesday
afternoon and the interment was
made in the Watertown cemetery.
The relatives have the heart felt
sympathy of all.
