Loving mother to Sheila Reisch, Sharon McNeely,& Darlene Thompson. Loving "Nanny" to Jessica Cherry, Jennifer Cherry, Victoria Davis, George Fetzer Jr, Joshua Desport, Mitchell Thompson,Katy Pasco. Loving mother in law to Greg McNeely, Mitch Thompson and Jan Scharold. Best friend to Louise Bory.
She has one great granddaughter, Paetyn Elaine. Preceeded in death by her parents, Hiriam and Pearl Simpson, her husband Benjamin Walter Reisch and her daughter Vicki Lynn.
A special thanks to her nurses at St. Joseph Nursing home,Rachel Gee and Janelle Bruno who were "angels of mercy" and went over and beyond the call of duty. Our family will never forget them.
Mom was a loving person who would do anything for anybody. She was a great story teller who loved to tell about her life growing up. She was very comical and kept the family laughing. There are so many stories, we could write a book.
Mom was diagnosed with Alzheimers after Hurricane Katrina. She passed away on her birthday. I will miss her so very much. She was surrounded by family when she passed away. The room was full of love and peace.
