Ernie, decides to sneak out of the hospital, to pay his fiance "Maureen Mc Bride", a surprise visit.
After leaving her premises before 12.00 midnight with two other companions and under the influence of alcohol,
he accidentally runs a 4 way stop sign, his truck spins hitting a Power Pole and another car which causes his own vehicle to catch on fire.
while trap in his car, his jacket was caught on the driver's door, his cousin who had been sitting in the middle was trying to pull him out, that's when the truck exploded.
The only survivor was left was his friend from childhood.
