Leah passed away Thursday, July 12, 2012. Born in Columbia, South Carolina she was the daughter of Marvin Maxwell and Martha Penrod. Leah is survived by her children, Olivia Alice Anderson, six, and Alexandria Lynn Rogers, eleven, of Salt Lake City; her stepfather and mother, Brent and Martha Penrod; brother, Robert Maxwell (Elizabeth); sister, Alison Woody; stepsister, Amy Slack (Steve); stepbrother, Aaron Penrod (Sarah); numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Maxwell; grandparents, Jack and Mary David and Lynn and Alice Maxwell. Leah brought much love and laughter to her family and friends.
A service to celebrate the life and love of Leah Maxwell Rogers of Salt Lake City will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street, Murray.
