Reva McKinney Nelson, age 92, died Tuesday, August 17, 2004 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born August 3, 1912 in Payson, Utah to Hugh and Edna Price McKinney. She married Charles Andrew Nelson in Spanish Fork, Utah in 1931. They were later divorced. Reva grew up in Goshen. She raised her family in Spanish Fork. She lived the last two years in Nevada near her son in Overton. She was always active in the LDS Church. She was a talented musician and piano player and she loved to travel. Survivors include three sons and one daughter: Larry (Dreama) of Portland; Rodney (Kathy) of Overton; Karen (Gerald) Hazel of St. George, UT; Dennis (Belinda) of Riverbank, CA; 27 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren and two sisters: Hazel Gainer of CA and Betty French of Park City, Utah. Funeral services held Sat., August 21, 2004 at the Spanish Fork 1st Ward LDS Chapel. Interment will in the Spanish Fork City Cemetery under the direction of Moapa Valley Mortuary.
