James Garrison, of Crouch Twp., died at his home last Thursday of pneumonia. Mr. Garrison was one of the best men in Hamilton County, and his death is deplored not only by his bereaved family, but by a host of friends all over the county, who admired him for his sterling worth.

m. 11-7-1872, Hamilton County, Illinois to Lumira Williamson, d/o Phillip Williamson and Amy Decker Williamson. Lumira survived and went on to marry 7-1-1900 to Sinclair Garvin, she died 11-22-1908 in McLeansboro.
