Shirley Estes "Sea-Sea" Adam, 63, of Louisville, returned to God Friday, February 20, 2009, at her residence.

Born August 29, 1945 in Clinton, South Carolina, a graduate of Clinton Sr. High School, class of 1963, attended Winthrop College in Rock Hill, S.C.

She was predeceased by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. and Blanche B. Estes of Joanna, S.C.; and brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Robert "Bob" Estes and Gail Estes of Mauldin, S.C.

She is survived by her daughter, Tracy Adam Caudill and her husband, William C. Caudill, of Louisville; son, Gordon Stewart "Trey" Adam III of Las Vegas, Nev.; sister, Vera E. Bodey and her husband, Gary D. Bodey, of Spartanburg, S.C.; brother, David E. Estes and his wife, Joann Estes, of Spartanburg, S.C.; and two grandchildren, William Adam Caudill and Olivia Bartlett Caudill of Louisville.

Funeral services: 2 p.m. Friday, February 27, 2009, at Epworth United Methodist Church in Joanna, South Carolina.

Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
