Waterford - Doris (Godin) Beauchemin, formerly of Waterford, died Saturday, April 23, 2005, in St. Antoine Residence, Rhodes Ave., North Smithfield, R.I.
She was the wife of the late Gerard A. Beauchemin.

Born July 16, 1921, in Millville, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Romeo and Yvonne (Gauthier) Godin. She lived in Waterford for 33 years, from 1955 to 1987, then moved and lived in the greater Woonsocket area since 1987.

She is survived by three sons, Ronald G. and Michael V. Beauchemin, of Port Charlotte, Fla., and William A. Beauchemin, of Minneapolis, Minn.; a daughter, Denise E. Cusworth, of Johnston, R.I.; two brothers, Romeo Godin, of Foxboro, Mass., and Roger Godin, of Cumberland, R.I.; two sisters, Pauline Jolicoeur, of Woonsocket, R.I., and Evelyn Leduc, of Landsdowne, Va.; and two grandchildren.

She was the sister of the late Paul Godin.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in St. Antoine Chapel, 10 Rhodes Ave., North Smithfield. Calling hours are omitted.
