At 66, several days after a tragic bicycling accident in the Oakland Hills. Paul had passed away surrounded by family and his closest friends.
Survived by his beloved wife Susan of 38 years, by his side, along with brother, sister, mother-in-law, aunt, adored nieces and nephews and their families. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Paul lived an active life and loved participating in athletic activities. Special thanks go to the nurses, doctors and other staff in the Emergency Room and Intensive Care Unit at Highland Hospital for the compassionate care given to him, his family and friends.
Cremation was handled by Chapel of the Chimes in Oakland. A private memorial celebrating his life is scheduled for family and friends.
