Captured Fishers Hill Sept. 22, 1864. Sent to Point Lookout, Maryland Oct 1, 1864. Transferred to U.S.A. General Hospital Point Lookout Jan 27, 1865. Died from Chronic Diarrhea Feb. 19, 1865. Age: 40 years from ward 11.
