Mrs. Adeline Gordon Dead
Had Been a Resident of Topeka More Than Thirty Years
Mrs. Adeline B. Gordon, 63, died this morning at her home, 404 East Eighth avenue, where she had lived for the last twenty-five years. She was born in Warren county, New Jersey, February 1, 1871, and had been a resident of Topeka more than thirty years. Her husband, William Gordon, died fifteen years ago. She attended the First Presbyterian church and was a member of the Sunday school there.
Mrs. Gordon is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Emma Gordon Stoeckler, and a grandson, of Topeka; two brothers, Bert Brands, East Bangor, Pa.; and Millard Brands, Walden, Mass.; and a sister, Mrs. George Johnston, Phillipsburg, N.J.
The body will lie in state at the Penwell mortuary Friday night from 6 til 9 o'clock. Funeral arrangements have not been completed.

Funeral services for Mrs. Adeline B. Gordon, who died Thursday, will be at Penwell's chapel Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Burial will be in Mount Hope cemetery. The body will lie in state at the mortuary until 9 o'clock tonight.
