Pvt. Siegueros was the son of Francisco Siequeros of Hayden and had several relatives in the Florence area.
He enlisted in the Army in Tucson in September, 1917, and saw active service in the war.
Pvt Siegueros was returned to the US on June 2, 1921. The body was accompanied from El Paso, TX, to Florency by Corp. Frank L Doyle, Troop E, Seventh Cavalry. The funeral took place in Florence on June 18, 1921 and was conducted by the Parsons McClellan Post 9 of the American Legion. After the funeral service at the local Catholic Church, the casket was placed on a caisson and the procession marched to the cemetery where the final service was read by the priest and military rites conducted.
